Another Look at the Leather Edition Air Jordan 13 Black/Red

One of the most acclaimed Air Jordan 13s of all-time, the Bred, is black-and-red. And it’s unequivocally wildly attractive. But, on paper anyway, it could be better. Leather, for example, has always look fantastic on the XIII. air maxs new zealand Why not add it to the mix?

That’s the idea behind Jordan Brand’s latest, the Air Jordan 13 Black/Red, which sports the beloved palette of the “Bred” edition, but puts a new spin on it.

New update for Nike Free Orbit II Polka Dot Pack

The latest masterpiece from the singularly creative mind of Nathan VanHook is set to launch in a unique new style Nike Free Run 2 Online; call it the Nike Free Orbit II Polka Dot pack.

The eye-popping model adds contrast polka dots to its distinctive upper, Nike Roshe Run Store which features ridged midfoots and heavy texturing on the toe and heel, along with laceless zip-up closures. Colors are clean and solid, too, coming in red, white or black, and the shoe’s usual Free 5.0 unit sits beneath in white.

There’s no concrete US release information yet, but Spain’s Sivasdescalzo will stock all three on September 25, and it looks like global NikeLab accounts may follow suit. Updates as they develop.

Fragment x Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG for more detail

Collaborations are certainly more frequent lately, from the smaller skateshops like Rukus to the bigger brands like Supreme, but there are still people and companies whose involvement in one makes you sit up and take notice. Cheap NIKE Rosherun FB Hiroshi Fujiwara and his Fragment Design are just such examples. And when the subject of their sartorial focus is one of Earth’s most iconic shoes? All the better.

News Foot Locker Testing Same-Day Delivery in CA

Same-day shipping from Foot Locker? For a mere $5? That’s the stuff of Isaac Asimov novels, Wholesale Cheap Air Max 2010 right? Evidently not, says the athletic footwear giant.

Foot Locker is currently testing same-day/next-delivery at five stores in California, with the hopes of rolling it out to all 1,300 of its North American locations if all goes well. The extremely expedited service is seen as an expansion of the in-store pick-up option that the retailer already offers, and is currently in the trial stages at two locations each in Los Angeles and San Jose, New Arrival Nike Free OG '14 BR and one in San Francisco.

Foot Locker’s radical experiment is accomplished with Deliv, a company that’s slowly but surely attempting to alter the way we think about quick shipping, promising that faster doesn’t necessarily have to mean more expensive. Deliv, a crowdsourced delivery company, integrates its API into Foot Locker’s e-commerce site, allowing shoppers to select same- or next-day at checkout for an additional $5. The order is then matched to a nearby Deliv driver in real-time, and a delivery route is plotted using Deliv’s optimization engine, allowing the driver — who picks up several orders at a time — the most convenient path to the customers. In a manner of speaking, it’s Foot Locker shipping meets Uber.

Of course Foot Locker rolling out the unusual shipping initiative to all of its stores depends on the success of this trial, but there’s no reason to think it’s an impossible task. Deliv already has over 200 retail customers, from Crate & Barrel to Banana Republic to Brookstone, and is expected to begin offering same-day shipping at other of its clients as well.

Hot issue: Duke Throwback Helmets Honor 1989 Championship Team

New Nike Air Aloha HAWAII is the Return of the Floral Print

Nike Sportswear appears poised to bring about the return of another 1980s running model, Nike Roshe Run Store but even some of the older sneakerheads may not recall this one. Initially launched in pretty limited numbers back in 1984, a celebration of that year’s Honolulu Marathon, this is the Nike Air Aloha Hawaii pack. (Though I’m not really sure there was another, non-Hawaii pack.)

The shoe’s overall design is clearly influenced by the Air Pegasus 83 that had debuted the year before — nzfreerunning.com check the suede overlays, textile base and overall silhouette — but with a clear distinction: wild, colorful Hawaiian-flower graphics printed on the upper, beneath contrast, solid overlays.

There’s no official word yet on whether these are actually releasing, but 2014 is the model’s thirtieth anniversary; what better time, right? Would you like to see the Nike Air Aloha back on shelves?

Nike LeBron 12 Orange/Volt is really charming

LeBron’s twelfth signature shoe has been caught in a team purgatory of sorts so far, Nike Free Run 2 Online designed while he was still with the Heat, and thus bereft of Cavs-specific colorways, though that’s where he’ll be playing during the coming season. (Although, thanks to both squads sporting red, a couple colorways so far are more or less interchangable.) As a nice change of pace, the latest colorway ignores all of that, Nike Roshe Run Store coming straight out of left field. Heat related? Nope. Cavs inspired? Not at all. Wildly eye-popping? In spades.

One of the first editions to feature a patterned overlay, the Nike LeBron 12 Orange/Volt rocks a bright orange mesh construction, set off by volt branding and blue accents. Then comes that overlay, which starts out grey with a slight orange gradient, before striking volt streaks run the length of the piecing.

It’s an aggressive look, undoubtedly, but then LeBron’s shoes have never really been about playing it safe. How do you like this beacon of brightness?

Jordan Team 1 Red/Red can pick up now
