We finally have a bit more context to the 3D-textured Air Force 1 that’s been making the rounds, a shoe that’s alternately been rumored to be an Independence Day edition (which, timing-wise, Nike Free Run 2 Store didn’t make a lot of sense) and a new style by Riccardo Tisci (which made less sense, for a number of reasons). Well, it’s neither; it’s the Nike Air Force 1 Elite All-Star.
And elite it is, as the shoe boasts an unrivaled style that keeps coloring simple, Nike Free Tr Fit 2 New Zealand allowing the distinct design to be the star of the show. The upper goes solid-white and predominantly no-sew, with compression-molded 3D texturing throughout for a stunning aesthetic — stars on the toe and forefoot, studs from the midfoot back.
Below, the signature AF1 midsole is supplemented with visible air in the heel, and an icy blue outsole perfectly complements.
Best of all, the shoe is nearly upon us. The Nike Air Force 1 Elite All-Star release date is slated for February 11, with retail expected at $130.
