The Nike Kobe 10 All-Star has begun shipping into stores, ahead of its public release on Saturday giving us a closer look at the hotly anticipated “Zoom City” style.
Like the rest of the 2015 Nike Basketball signature All-Star collection — LeBron 12, KD 7, Kyrie 1 — nike free run new zealand the Kobe 10 takes its inspiration from an iconic architectural landmark of New York — the Unisphere, in this case. The iconic globe structure was created for the 1964 World’s Fair, an exhibition of future technology and concepts, as prognosticated from the then-present day. It’s that future-forward idea that reconciles with the Kobe 10, which boasts technology — from the advanced textiles to cushioning that mixes Zoom, nike free new zealand Lunarlon and Nike Free — that’s unlike anything that exists today.
Today, take a closer look at the shoe, which mixes silver accents with black textile on the upper, set atop a gradient orange-to-volt sole that deftly grabs the eye, yet doesn’t overwhelm the largely neutral upper.
February 14 is the day, with retail scheduled for $200.
